Teenagers get a training environment that takes them seriously. The curriculum is the full art — forms, sparring, one-steps, self-defense and weapons — taught at a pace that rewards consistency.

The physical benefits are obvious: strength, flexibility, endurance and genuinely useful self-protection skills. The less obvious benefits tend to matter more — composure under pressure, respect for people who are different from you, and the confidence that comes from measurable progress.

Belt testing gives structure to a stage of life that often lacks it. Students set a target, train for it, and are graded honestly. Rank at Legacy is earned, never handed out.

Teens train alongside adults and senior students, which raises the standard of the room and gives younger students a clear picture of where the work leads.
