Tuition depends on which membership you choose — month to month, six month or twelve month. Every option is listed on our pricing page, and we are happy to walk you through the curriculum in person before you commit. Call (610) 792-9091 to set up an appointment.

A few. There is a one-time $50 registration fee, a uniform fee at sign up, a quarterly testing fee, sparring gear for the sparring component of class, and an annual gym maintenance fee. Everything is explained clearly at sign up — no surprises.

No. We offer three membership programs — month to month, six month and twelve month — and all we ask is 30 days written notice if you decide to stop training.

Yes. Your first class is complimentary. Fill in the trial form on this site and we will schedule it around you.

Students training consistently — at least twice a week — are usually in a position to test for black belt somewhere between three and a half and four years. Students who begin in the 4 to 7 program follow a longer path, because the curriculum is spread out for better retention at that age.

Twice a week is the minimum we recommend, and eight classes a month is the attendance requirement for testing eligibility. Consistency matters far more than intensity.

No. Students work within their own physical condition and there is no pressure to go beyond what you can safely do. Strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and confidence all improve regardless of the age you begin.

There are no intake windows — sign ups are continuous, so you can start whenever you are ready.

Any physical activity carries some risk, but classes are run in a highly structured environment and every part of beginner training is supervised by qualified instructors.

Colour belt testings are held in March, June, September and December. Black belt testing is held twice a year, in June and December. Candidates should have a solid grasp of the material and be attending at least two classes a week.

Yes, and it is always supervised by a certified instructor. Students aged 8 and up are introduced to sparring one to two months in. Students in the 4 to 7 program start sparring at orange belt, around nine months into training.

Absolutely — especially while your child is a beginner, though it is never required. No student is released to anyone other than a parent or family member unless we have been notified in advance.

Yes, for students and non-students alike, on Friday nights, Saturday afternoons and any time on Sunday. Two weeks notice is required.
